Aromatic herb native to Turkey, grown mostly for its mass of soft narrow silver-green leaves – but it puts out a nice show of flat-topped yellow flowerheads as well where it's happy. Relatively undemanding, needing just a little extra water during times of drought. Also sold as H. angustifolium.
