Editor Feedback Displays a 'No Such Editor $editor' Error Message

Problem

When using Editor Feedback to send e-mail to one, or multiple, recipients, the software reports 'No such editor $editor' where $editor is the name of one of your intended recipients. However, the editor still has a profile, has edited recently, or, successfully received previous feedback from you.

Solution

This error message indicates that the editor's account is inactive. It is impossible to use Editor Feedback to contact inactive editors.

Inactive accounts can be caused by the editor resigning, the editor being removed by metas or Staff, or the editor's accounts timing-out. The first two scenarios can be identified by a 'removed' line on the editor's Request Log. All inactive editor accounts are evident by a lack of links to logs on the profile pages.
