What can an editall editor do?

They can:

Edit anywhere in the directory, aside from Bookmarks/
categories other than their own and restricted areas, such as Kids_and_Teens/

Name any one editor upon the creation of a category

Delete categories that have editors in them if the category is empty.

What can a catmv editor do?

Move and rename categories anywhere in the directory, aside from Bookmarks/
categories other than their own and restricted areas, such as Kids_and_Teens/
    .

What can a keditall do?

A keditall has all the powers of an editall, but restricted
to the Kids and Teens hierarchy.

What can a kcatmv editor do?

Move and rename categories within the Kids
    and Teens hierarchy.

How do I become an editall/catmv?

Potential candidates are proposed in the private meta forum and voted on
by meta and staff editors. These candidates are chosen primarily (though not
exclusively) through analysis of their amount and content of edit logs, forum
interaction, interest in the project as a whole, and new editor help. The
final decision on all editall/catmv approvals is made by staff.

How do I become a keditall/kcatmv?

Candidates are chosen in much the same way as editall/catmv
editors are. Obviously, heavy participation in the Kids
    and Teens hierarchy is mandatory.

Why do so many metas who have never participated
heavily in the Kids and Teens area have keditall and kcatmv?

These are the metas who have taken it upon themselves to learn,
and to be held responsible for, the requirements for editing in the Kids
    and Teens area.

Why are editall and catmv usually bundled
    together?

They are complementary powers and serve together to help create
    a better directory.

Do editalls have any additional guidelines
    to follow?

Yes, in addition to the regular
    guidelines there are also editall
    ones.
