<h1 align="center">Contacting a Meta</h1>
There are a number of situations where you may wish to contact a meta editor. Metas are the leaders of the directory, and as such they can be relied upon to take on the unpleasant tasks that you might be faced with while editing. These include:
<ul>
  <li>Complaints from irate
    submitters.</li>
  <li>Suspicions about directory
    abuse.</li>
  <li>General questions about
    the directory</li>
  <li>Complaints about other
    editors.</li>
</ul>
You can contact any meta that
appears on the <a href="http://dmoz.org:8080/edoc/editall.html">List of meta-editors</a>,
but if you have a category-specific question--especially one about a <a href="http://dmoz.org:8080/World/">World/</a>
category--it can be advisable to contact a meta specialising in the category in
question. <a href="http://dmoz.org:8080/Test/ODP/Areas_of_Activity">Test/ODP/Areas_of_Activity</a>
lists branches of the directory, and the corresponding metas that specialise there.
To actually contact your chosen meta, use the <a href="http://dmoz.org:8080/editors/send.cgi">editor
feedback function</a>.
